Lupe`s Restaurant in Elk City

Food is amazing!! One waitress is my favorite there are a few waitresses that could care less for you and might ask if u need anything maybe once. Just depends who you get but do recommend the good !

Came here for my 21st birthday. Pina Colada was AMAZING. The food was delicious and the waitress, I believe her name was Nelda, she was amazing and super sweet. I definitely recommend! 😊

We had a large group on a busy night in Elk City. Marisol was awesome, they brought our hot food out all at the see time. The drinks were tasty and the service was awesome! If you're in Elk City, stop by!

This atmosphere is cozy and the decor is pretty and colorful. The chips were fresh and perfectly crispy. The salsa waswas was and the spicy salsa is exceptional (especially if you get extra cilantro)! Their queso is so good. Really enjoyed the food and the beer was awesome with salt and lime Service was good. Only thing would be more rice!

They got my order a bit off tonight, but I custom-ed it for my diet. We always eat here when in the area. The food is awesome good, and the service is great. Place is always busy when we stop, but we rarely have a wait time. It's definitely worth the drive up from the interstate.

We are from Tx and still haven't found any mexican food as good as Lupe's. We have been gone from elk city for four years and still miss it so much. No one seasons like Lupe's. Miss it so much.

Service and food were great. They were helpful with seating my Grandmother in a good location and stowing away her walker during our lunch.

ABSOLUTELY wonderful food. Hot fast and exactly as i ordered it. The bartenders were friendly. They were engaging even though they were busy. Fabulous.

Waitress too busy being a good waitress with what seemed like her regular customers to refresh our chips and drinks, tortilla wraps were not brought out with food, when we finally received them they were burnt and when I complained, the waitress and woman making them pointed back at us and we're complaining about us and the beef for the fajitas was too tough to eat and peppers were way under cooked. Very little sour cream, guacamole, etc.. given for fajitas, I Loved the salsa, cheese dip, and chips, but food and service for that high price, very disappointing. It's was my first Valentine's day dinner with my fiance and my little girl so it was upsetting it turned out to be such a bad experience.😣 😟🧟

My Daughter took me out to eat some Good food here. Our waitress was super nice, helpful, just the right amount of friendly & pretty also. Beverage was just right too. Thank you my sweet girl for taking us to dinner. It was Priceless!! We should do it more often💕love you😘

Nice Mexican family restaurant with party room and bar upstairs. Pronounced locally as "Loopy's".

Pretty okay food, and good portions. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit there, but it's a good stop if you're in the area.

The food was very good the waitress wasn't good at all. She kept making mistakes. The young man up front that setted people was a very sweet young man and honest I had dropped a 20 dollar bill he seen it and gave it back to me.

Best Mexican food around Elk City

Great place and great Mexican food. Our to go order came out faster than expected and everything was delicious. Steak fajita had the best grilled taste of any place we have ever been to. Great salsa and quest too.

I have tried many Mexican Restaurants several states and I can tell you you Lupes Mexican Restaurant is The Best, Flavor, Quantity and Service. Comparing Lupes food to other mexican food Rrt's especially in Texas, Oklahoma or New Mexico is no contest. The carnitas are so full of flavor, not dry or saugy nothing else is needed (cheese sauce?wth) if you have to add anything on top of your meal like cheese sauce try some seasoning. The beans and rice tasted fresh. Would like to see Lupes expand their brand to other cities, Please!

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to eat on our way back to Arkansas. I read the reviews for Lupe’s rest and they were good, so we decided to stop in. It was DELICIOUS!! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Go ahead and stop on in friend. 😋

Service was pretty good but I ordered fajitas and my skillet looked pretty bare. 3 pieces of steak 3.5 pieces of chicken but they didnt scrimp on the shrimp 5 shrimp. So I won't be coming back my meal cost over 18 dollars because i split a queso with a coworker. Don't waste your money here go to Pedro's at least they give you free queso and fill your skillet up.

Fantastic authentic Mexican food! Lots of locals giving it praise. Beautiful interior. The most unique Mexican restaurant I have ever been to in regards to the layout. Definitely check it out if in Elk City.

I cant say this is the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been too. I live in alabama and I guess the standard may be different but not at all fresh food. Service is a plus. Would I recommend it? Ehh not really.

We are from Arizona and our favorite is Mexican food. We were happily surprised to find this gem in Oklahoma. The Shrimp tacos are great. My husband's shredded beef enchilada plate with green sauce was fantastic. Service was friendly, prices reasonable, parking was easy, salsa was tasty, chips were thin and crispy, and the atmosphere was a charming sit down full service restaurant including a beautiful cantina. Everything you look for in a Mexican food restaurant is at Lupes on Main Street in Elk City, OK.

Best crispy relleno around most Mexican restaurants don't even offer one and they have a pretty good bar too!

If I could post zero stars I would. They offer only salsa and chips and it was terrible. Ordered queso and it was runny for $5. Ordered fajita nachos and chips were burned meat was in huge chunks and you only get sour cream with them. I asked for jalapenos and they didn't have any in the entire restaurant. How does a Mexican restaurant not carry jalapenos? Service was bad, waitress served us and was not seen again. Will NOT be returning to this restaurant...

So many items to choose from. Must try the stuffed avocado and the Santa Fe stir fry. Great service.
